About Us

Phil Babb graduated from Upper Bucks Institute of Aeronautics in 2001 where he completed his certificate as an Airframe and Powerplant technician.  He earned his Inspection Authorization certificate in 2006.  He has worked for Sarver Air and Pennridge Aviation before starting P-Factor in 2013.  In addition to being an aviation technician Phil is a private pilot and owns a 1965 Beach Debonair. 

Joe Flury is a navy helicopter technician and veteran. He earned his A&P in 1978 and IA in 1981.  He has worked for Turner Field, Gull Aviation and Flury’s Aircraft Service prior to joining P-Factor in 2016. He is a Piper factory trained technician on all models up to the Cheyenne and is a graduate of the Lycoming factory service school. 

We have relationships with other specialists to facilitate: aircraft coatings, panel fabrication, power coating, engine overhauls among other services providing a one stop shop for all your aviation needs.
